WinterFest 2011 at the place Varsity Tents calls home: Downsview Park

WinterFest 2011

Our partners at Downsview Park host events year round, and they frequently call on the Varsity team to support their event needs. Varsity has been comfortably located at the park for six years and is always happy to be a part of Downsview’s fantastic roster of events.

Here is a quick snapshot of what’s coming up:

On Saturday February 5th (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) join the Varsity team in the excitement at Downsview Park for WinterFest 2011. What better time to throw a winter bash than a few days after Toronto was hammered with what is being referred to as the Snowpocalypse?

The event features all kinds of winter fun, including husky dogs, live character performances and a winter warm-up station. One of the coolest things about WinterFest (besides the weather) is the price of admission: IT’S FREE!

We hope to see you all bundled up and ready for some free fun this Saturday!

Check the Downsview Park website for more detailed information on WinterFest 2011 and all of their great upcoming events.

More About Varsity

Learn more about us. Since 1988, we’ve put up well over 30,000 tents, from simple backyard parties to complex festivals with hundreds of installations. Let the experienced team at Varsity Tents help make your event one to remember.

Varsity Tents: Whatever your event… We’ve got you covered!

Every event, whether it’s an intimate backyard barbecue, an elegant wedding, a corporate function or an outdoor festival, is brought to life by hard-working people who are responsible for the success of that event. These people are, if only for one day, event planners, and we treat their events just as we do those of professional planners: the stakes are high and reputations are on the line.
