Varsity’s tents have celebrated Canada Day festivities in Toronto and Ottawa, got the ‘jump up’ on at Scotiabank Toronto Caribbean Carnival, kept the crowds cool at the Pride Parade and the beer cold at Toronto’s Festival of Beer. In fact, we’ve put up over 30,000 tents since 1988—a level of experience that allows us to offer creative, versatile solutions that other companies simply can’t match. Our installations are fully insured, our tents engineer certified and our event directors available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Varsity’s uniformed installation crews take care everything from set-up to tear-down, including post-event site repairs such as patching asphalt and repairing sod. We can even help navigate the tricky waters of event permitting, insurance and by-law compliance.Working with Varsity is about much more than tents.
We offer a wide range of support services ranging from staging and fencing to generators and portable washrooms. More importantly, we know how to co-ordinate with organizers and volunteers to simplify the complex logistics involved in staging a public event. Varsity has been an integral part of some of Ontario’s best festivals for almost 20 years. Whatever your event, you can count on Varsity to help it run more smoothly.
Co-ordinating complex, time-sensitive events requires a partner that can handle the challenges of large multi-tent projects. Varsity’s team of experienced pros understand the importance of logistics and collaboration.
