Varsity spent the better part of October and September working hand in hand with the strong Tibetan Canadian community in Toronto. 
The Cultural Centre (Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre or T.C.C.C.), located at 40 Titan road in Etobicoke is currently under construction to become a place for the Tibetan community to practice and maintain their unique culture and religion. The construction was temporarily halted to prepare for the arrival of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on October the 23rd.
Varsity Tents aided in the transformation from construction site to event space. Along with the space conversion, Varsity was integral in the successful management of the event. The visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to the T.C.C.C. was a great honour and success for all involved.
