No matter what team you cheer for, one thing is for sure: Canadians love hockey.
February 12th is Hockey Day in Canada – a day where Canadians will rally for teams across the country playing our national sport. From the Tim Horton’s Timbits league all the way up the NHL, this will be our day to play.
For the seventh consecutive year, Downsview Park will be participating in Hockey Day in Canada by holding its annual 3-on-3 tournament, and every year this tournament gets bigger and better. It is a great way to get out in the community, be active, and enjoy the sport you love.
At Varsity, our team plays hard and works hard, and we’re every bit as much hockey fans (maybe more!) than the average Canadian, so we’re proud to once again be providing rental equipment for this annual event.
