Position # 1:         Tenting Team Leads

Team Leads are an integral part of the Varsity team. They will work closely with the Operations Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Field Lead, and Tent Installers.

Wages depend on experience.

Job Description:

• Oversee a prompt and accurate loading of tent and rental equipment into the trucks
• Successfully provide direction to the Tent Installers while they assemble tents onsite
• Assist the Tent Installers on the installation of all rental requirements onsite
• Provide guidance to the Tent Installers while they dismantle tents onsite
• Carefully assist in dismantling tents and gathering other equipment rentals to return to the warehouse
• Strategically unload tents and other rental equipment from trucks, accounting for all goods
• Take care in cleaning rental equipment
• Take responsibility in ensuring that all installation / dismantle paperwork has been completed and returned to the Sales Department, and that driver’s logs have been finalized for the day

 Job Requirements:

• Team oriented
• Punctual
• Flexible schedule and availability to work long hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to understand and complete instructions that are in writing, given orally or scheduled
• Pays attention to detail both in the warehouse and onsite
• Must able to work within a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision

Position # 2:         Tent Installers

Tent Installers are an integral part of the Varsity team. They will work closely with the Operations Manager, Warehouse Supervisor and Field Lead.

Wages depend on experience.

Job Description:

• Take direction in loading the tent and rental equipment into the trucks
• Successfully install and assemble tents onsite at predetermined venues
• Promptly drop off rental equipment where required
• Carefully dismantle tents and gather other equipment rentals to return to the warehouse
• Strategically unload tents and other rental equipment from trucks, accounting for all goods
• Take care in cleaning rental equipment

Job Requirements:

• Team oriented
