What better way to keep you guests nice and cool than having an air conditioner within your tent. An air conditioner will easily create a comfortable atmosphere for those in attendance. Food is a very important element to any great event, festival, wedding or party so we’ve got you covered.
When you are in need of a party-sized grill, Varsity can help. We offer our clients the best 5′ grill on the market, a Crown Verity. A quality product to help ensure that you get the job done right. Our grills can cook up to 420 burgers or 350 NY strip steaks at a time.
Features: 129,000 BTU’s, a cooking surface of 58″ L x 21″ W, 8 burners, and roll dome lids to keep the heat in.
Rental Information: Barbecue only. Propane not included (100 lbs tank required).
Off-white plastic and aluminum folding chairs are available. They are comfortable, light and very portable.
All of our tents can be outfitted with custom-made flags and poles that can promote your event or company.
Depending on your needs, a wide variety of portable, modular fencing options are available. Various heights (4′, 6′ and 8′) are available, as per your security requirements.
We offer an extensive array of furniture that can be tailor-fit to your event. Choose from stylish couches, chairs, tables and both wet and dry bars.
Garbage cans and recycling containers are available as needed.
All of our tents can be equipped with general halogen 500-watt lighting. Twinkle lighting is also available.
A wide range of audio-visual equipment (including turntables, mixers, amplifiers, speakers and projection systems) are available. As well, we offer theatrical and stage lighting as needed.

PATIO HEATERS
If you are looking to entertain outdoors this Fall season then a quick and easy solution to staying warm is renting a patio heater. The patio heater is great at warming the objects within its space rather than the surrounding air. Keep yourself and you guests nice and warm when the weather starts to cool down.
Features: Stainless steel construction, up to 40,000 BTU’s, electronic pilot ignition and adjustable heat controls, up to 20′ wide radiant heat hide-away propane tank compartment, and burn time is approximately 8-12 hours using a 20 lb tank.
Rental Information: Patio heater comes complete with one (1) 20 lb propane tank and tank cover.

100K Heater
Features: Ductable, up to 100,000 BTU’s of high volume heat output, electronic spark ignition, thermostat with adjustable controls, enclosed flame, quiet operation, 115 volt requirement, burns off of 100 lbs propane tank (burn time approx 8-12 hours).
Rental Information: Heater comes complete with duct. Propane not included.
200K Heater
Features: Ductable, up to 200,000 BTU’s of high volume heat output, electronic spark ignition, thermostat with adjustable controls, enclosed flame, quiet operation, 115 volt requirement, burns off of two (2) ganged 100 lbs propane tanks (burn time approx 20-24 hours).
Rental Information: Heater comes complete with duct. Propane not included.
400K Heater
Features: Ductable, up to 400,000 BTU’s of high volume heat output, electronic spark ignition, thermostat with adjustable controls, enclosed flame, quiet operation, 115 volt requirement, burns off of three (3) ganged 100 lbs propane tanks (burn time approx 18-20 hours).
Rental Information: Heater comes complete with duct. Propane not included.
Port-o-Potties of all shapes and sizes, from low-end to luxury models, are available.
All of our tents can be equipped with power generators, perfect for remote events where a power source is unavailable. Various sizes are available.
